During this two-hour interactive online training session, participants will develop a greater understanding of diversity in our communities, as well as barriers that make some people ‘harder to reach’ and how to overcome them. You will also learn more about equality law and what it means for you and will come away with some practical tools that can help you think about how you involve ALL people in your activities and projects.

The session will be delivered by Grace Cardozo from Sleeping Giants. Grace has worked in the community sector for more than 20 years and is a strong and passionate advocate for equality and inclusion for all people who face barriers.

The workshop is free thanks to National Lottery Youth Arts Funding.
