Thanks to funding from Children in Need, Create Paisley is looking to appoint a Youth Worker to support and develop their current youth work provision in Shortroods, Paisley.

This role will include working alongside their partner The Star Project, developing the established arts drop in (Neu Nomal) on Tuesday evenings and setting up new youth work provision in response to local young people’s needs and ideas.

£20,432 – £24,527 per annum (pro rata’d to £8,172.80 – £9,810.80) depending on experience
14 Hours per week.

The Youth Worker will:
1. Support and lead youth work activities
2. Develop supportive relationships with young people and partners
3. Implement evaluation and reflective practice in all activities
