If you’re a people-person with experience of planning and delivering events and training, this is the perfect role for you and will work across the culture/SHIFT and Green Arts team, and contribute to wider Culture for Climate Scotland activities.
The main purposes of this role are to support the Green Arts Initiative membership, support network development and contribute to wider Culture for Climate Scotland activities as required.
Among other responsibilities, you will be responsible for:
• Delivery of existing training workshops introducing our work.
• Development and delivery of online training workshops for those working in arts, culture and screen sectors.
• Development and delivery of in-person and online events
• Delivery and monitoring of an online self-directed course
• Supporting environmental reporting, Green Arts Initiative and screen sustainability delivery
They’re looking for somebody with:
1. Experience in developing and delivering training programmes
2. Event management skills and experience
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Excellent organisational skills
5. Excellent research and IT skills
6. A commitment to equalities, diversity and inclusion, and an understanding of climate justice.
7. Flair and imagination
Hours: 35-hour week, full time
Salary: £28,270 +5% of salary in pension contributions.
Contract: Fixed-term from 1 July 2026 – 31 March 2027
