The Tron’s Head of Participation leads on and manages their participatory programme, curating and delivering a year-round body of work that engages the community of Glasgow.

This role is central to the ethos of the Tron and serves as a member of the Senior Management Team. They will work closely with the Artistic Director and alongside colleagues from all departments of the organisation to create a rich engagement programme that is delivered to the highest possible standard, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity, reflecting the vision and values of the Tron.

Full time (40 hrs per week)
Salary: £36,000 – £38,500 dependent on experience
