The two day Acting Through Song course at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland is for people age 16+ who wish to develop their acting and singing skills.

When an actor sings it can take you somewhere emotionally that spoken text sometimes cannot. Acting through Song combines storytelling with a vocal technique that allows us to take the audience to that place.

Delivered by Marjory Watson, lecturer from the BA Musical Theatre programme, this short course will explore how actors can communicate with integrity, emotion, and a sense of character. Students will learn vital vocal techniques that will allow you to do that with ease.
