Join YTAS and NTS Dramaturg Rosie Kellagher for a workshop designed to help practitioners generate material and ideas for performance.
Show Starters is great for anyone whose workshops result in performances big or small!
In this session you will work with Rosie to investigate methods of practice to turn material into performance-worthy concepts, and your workshops into rehearsal spaces. Rosie will introduce you to her dramaturgical practice and share some simple tips and tricks for turning that lightbulb idea into a concept and then into a show.
The YTAS sector training programme is supported by funding from the Gannochy Trust and Creative Scotland. Bursaries are available to any YTAS Member who requires financial support in order to attend one of our training courses, and will cover any fees associated with the training.

Practitioners: For those on the front line of creative delivery. Training that is for ‘practitioners’ is for anyone who engages directly with young people in the creative process.
