Find Your Light is Capital Theatres’ pathways exploration day for young creatives, designed to support your next steps into the performing arts. This edition shines a spotlight on Musical Theatre.

Learn from industry pros, connect with like-minded creatives, and take part in practical workshops to grow your skills and confidence on and off stage.

This event is open to anyone 16+ interested in theatre careers—perfect for school leavers, students, early-career creatives, or anyone curious about working in the performing arts.
