Finding Your Leadership is a four week online introductory course designed to help you gain insight into who you are as a leader and develop your leadership skills.

Finding Your Leadership is a new online course for early to mid-career culture sector workers who are curious to explore who they are as a leader. Finding Your Leadership is the perfect introduction to Clore Leadership’s offer for those new to leadership-focused development, and a great refresher for anyone who hasn’t done a Clore Leadership residential and is looking for structured support to re-engage with their leadership identity and ambitions.

The course is open access (no application process); suitable for both freelancers and employees; flexible around your schedule; and features self-reflective study, facilitated live sessions and peer-to-peer learning opportunities. A limited number of spaces on each course run are available at a 50% fee reduction for freelance or self-employed registrants only.
