Participants attending this online workshop will:
- Co-create a safe space so that everyone feels comfortable to engage in the sessions.
- Understand the importance of engaging with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) from a moral, legal and business perspective.
- Recognise the barriers that can prevent people from successfully promoting EDI.
- Hear first-hand experience from a specialist agency and/ or Scottish social enterprise of equality and diversity experiences.
- Learn from others in the workshop about their diversity and equality journeys.
- Start to develop approaches to measuring and reporting diversity and equality data about their organisations.
- Be signposted to further information including other agencies who provide specialist support.
