Participants attending this online workshop will:

• Co-create a safe space so that everyone feels comfortable to engage in the sessions.
• Understand the importance of engaging with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) from a moral, legal and business perspective.
• Recognise the barriers that can prevent people from successfully promoting EDI.
• Hear first-hand experience from a specialist agency and/ or Scottish social enterprise of equality and diversity experiences.
• Learn from others in the workshop about their diversity and equality journeys.
• Start to develop approaches to measuring and reporting diversity and equality data about their organisations.
• Be signposted to further information including other agencies who provide specialist support.
