The Youth Theatre Managers’ Forums are back! Join YTAS to reconnect, share plans and save the world (through youth theatre of course…)!

The Forum is for youth theatre and creative learning managers who want to connect with their peers to share leadership insights and challenges. The meetings are free to attend for YTAS Members and are facilitated by Kenny McGlashan, with input from invited speakers on leadership topics. Past attendees have said the Forum is a fun and informal way to develop your professional practice and contacts.

Meet the Facilitator

Kenny McGlashan: CEO, Youth Theatre Arts Scotland

Kenny has over 18 years’ experience working as a director, tutor and arts manager, with a background in youth theatre and children’s theatre. For the past nine years he has worked in management roles as Associate Director at Scottish Youth Theatre, Education Manager of Catherine Wheels Theatre Company and then Development Manager at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

Managers: For those of you who are running everything from behind the scenes. Training that is for managers may include opportunities for other office-based staff.
