Are you looking to employ young people in your workplace? Do you work with 18–25-year-olds in your organisation and want to know how best to support them? Harness the potential of young people at the start of their careers and explore how you can best to assist them to make a difference within your organisation.

This course on Thu 30 March 2023, 10am – 12.30pm, explores the practical steps that you can take to support young people as part of your workforce. It will consider ways to introduce young people into the workplace, induction processes and approaches to developing their skills.

Their experienced trainer will provide you with information on safeguarding considerations and how you can promote the mental wellbeing of the young people in your organisation.

Throughout the session you will be introduced to coaching tools and approaches that can be used to line manage and mentor young people with a focus on developing clear communication and positive behaviours.
