Parents and Carers in Performing Arts: Effective Communication for Greater Inclusion Webinar

Venue: Online
Prices: Free

Family friendly working practices have the power to transform organisations to become more inclusive and accessible. In this webinar on Wed 10 May 2023, 12.30pm – 1.30pm, PiPA Partners Birds of Paradise and National Theatre of Scotland will share some of the ways they have been able to attract and retain a more diverse and flexible workforce, inclusive of parents and carers, through effective communication.

This webinar will offer a deep dive into examples of how performing arts organisations have transformed their procedures to become more family friendly and show how planning and communication can create new and more effective ways of working. They’ll also be offering our Family Friendly Access Rider to webinar participants.
