- 18 July, 7pm: Opening and first meeting.
- 19-21 July: Full-day programme including workshops, presentations, works-in-progress, lectures, and discussions. Breaks between sessions and for meals. Detailed schedule will be provided to registered participants.
- 22 July, 7.30-9am: Breakfast
- 22 July, 9am: Check-out and departure.
