An introduction and discussion on sustainable touring and outdoor live performance from Laura Sedgwick of the Theatre Green Book, hosted by Articulation.
This webinar will focus on the challenges and opportunities of planning tours and outdoor live performance with environmental sustainability in mind. Laura will give a brief introduction to the Theatre Green Book, for those who are new or returning to it, and an update on how the theatre sector has been using the Theatre Green Book over the last year.
This will be followed by a group discussion, to share sustainable successes and frustrations, ‘quick wins’, and to learn more about creative ways to use Theatre Green Book tools specifically on touring and outdoor work. Please bring your best innovations, your thorniest problems and inspirational case studies on how you and your team are already working to make your work greener.
This session is aimed at those making outdoor live performance but may be of interest to people working in, or running, venues which receive touring or outdoor work.
