To celebrate the launch of the Tron Theatre‘s Play Library, join Play Group: a brand new book group for the dramatically inclined, facilitated by Eve Nicol.
The Tron Theatre’s Play Library is a growing collection of scripts and anthologies from the plays and playwrights redefining UK theatre. To celebrate its launch, they’ve started Play Group: a brand new book group for the dramatically inclined. These recurring sessions will be hosted by director and playwright Eve Nicol, who will delve into the most exciting, groundbreaking scripts on our shelves.
The book group is free but requires a ticket and is open to anyone who loves theatre. You can look forward to 90 minutes of discussion and debate with peers, discovering the plays and playwrights redefining UK theatre.
There are three sessions on sale:
1. Tue 11 April 2023, 6.30pm – Sound of the Underground written by Travis Alabanza and co-created by Debbie Hannan.
2. Tue 30 May 2023, 6.30pm – Sleepova written by Matilda Feyisayo Ibini.
3. Tue 11 July 2023, 6.30pm – Women, Beware the Devil written by Lulu Raczka.
