#DramaCon2026

Thanks to funding from Creative Scotland, the Hugh Fraser Foundation, JTH Charitable Trust, and the William Syson Foundation, we’re delighted to be able to offer support to cover expenses for attendees to our National Convention of Youth Drama 2026 event.

What is the bursary for and who can apply?

As tickets for the event are free to any YTAS Member, the bursary will cover your expenses to attend the convention such as travel, childcare or access costs up to £150. Support is available to any YTAS Member who would be unable to attend the event without it, but priority will be given to members who have not had expenses support from YTAS in the six months leading up to the event.

If you are not yet a YTAS member and would like to become one, please sign up here

How do I apply?

If you would like to apply for a bursary, please click the link to the Microsoft Form below, ideally at least three weeks ahead of the National Convention of Youth Drama 2026.

The application form will ask you to give a brief explanation of how attending #DramaCon2026 will benefit you. Bursaries will be allocated on a first come first served basis, until funds run out, so we encourage you to submit your requests as early as you are able to.

I have more questions!

Please email info@ytas.org.uk with any questions you might have and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
