CREATE Paisley is looking for an experienced youth worker to join their amazing team. It’s a very exciting time to join the organisation as they are going through a period of growth and transition.

They are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about youth work and all things wellbeing to work alongside their existing team. The Youth Worker will:

1. Support and lead on existing youth work activities within school and community settings.
2. Develop supportive relationships with young people
3. Work with the Volunteer Coordinator and Youth Development worker to set up and establish a well-being project for 16-25-year-olds
4. Implement evaluation and reflective practice in all activities
