Creative Ambitions is a skills programme designed for freelancers in the performing arts and live events sector that aims to upskill and retrain creative freelancers to realise their potential. Creative Ambitions is a new skills programme developed & delivered by Social Investment Scotland and The Future Economy Company, funded by Skills Development Scotland.
The programme is focussed on practical and engaging content. Delivered online, it will up-skill, re-skill and re-ignite your passion for your work. Creative Ambitions is a carefully curated set of live seminars, videos tutorials, and discussions. The course kicks off with the Intake session, after which participants can access all materials as they are released. Kicking off in January 2022, it will cover topics such as attracting money, plate spinning and meaningful collaborations, plus so much more.
Working with specialists and peers who get it, this skills programme is the first of its kind and we hope you can join us.
Criteria
- Aged 25 and over
- Based in Scotland
- A CEC member (it’s free to join)
- Professional in performing arts, live events or crafts
- Struggling to make enough money
- Ready to up-skill and/or re-skill
