Cutting Edge Theatre are looking to recruit an assistant to work on their new drama class for learning disabled young adults aged 18 – 25. Based in Aberdeen, this company will meet on Friday late afternoons.

Their company of young artists identify as being learning disabled with different access requirements and support needs, which should be taken into consideration when assisting with sessions.

They are interested in hearing from people from all backgrounds. This position would suit someone who has drama experience and who wants to work in this sector.

Two hour sessions to be run on a Friday every week, over three terms in blocks. Rate of pay is £20 per hour.

The post holder will be expected to ensure effective support for participants undertaking creative drama workshops and also to work with the Associate Artists to maintain a high quality, safe environment at all times.
