What is mentoring? Mentoring is about the people. It’s a chance to learn by doing, asking questions, making mistakes and figuring things out together with someone experienced by your side.

At Cutting Edge Theatre, their mentors are right there with you in the space. They work with you in workshops, rehearsal spaces and on productions, sharing skills, confidence and ideas as things happen. It’s collaborative, practical and shaped around what you want to learn.

Inclusion, respect and care are at the heart of their mentoring. You will learn alongside learning/disabled artists and participants by working alongside them with support that’s shaped around real people, real needs and real work, and usually a lot of laughter along the way.
