Through innovation and creativity, you will assist in the delivery of East Ayrshire Youth Theatre. Assisting with the provision and design of innovative and modern productions and programmes, you will enhance opportunities for our children and young people to flourish by maximising capacity and becoming a thriving, customer-focussed service.

Your key tasks and areas of responsibility are outlined below:
1. Assist with drama workshops and theatre programmes for various age groups, incorporating a range of theatrical styles
2. Assist with workshops and rehearsals, providing instruction, guidance and creative support to young participants
3. Assist with the production process for performance, including play selection, casting, rehearsal scheduling, customer and set design
4. Liaise with technical, front of house and marketing to ensure a seamless production
5. Contribute to promotion, monitoring and evaluation processes.

Part time (17.5 hours/week), temporary until 31 May 2026.
£14.83 – £15.53 per hour
