Imaginate is looking for four board members passionate about enriching children’s lives through theatre and dance.

Are you interested in contributing to a major arts organisation strategy and make a difference to the lives of children in Scotland? Do you bring an experience or perspective, which you think is under-represented at board level in cultural institutions? Do you feel you would benefit, on a personal and professional level from joining us? If one or some of the questions resonates with you, please consider applying.

Being a board member (or trustee) is a voluntary position. The board is primarily responsible for sound governance, as well as for overseeing the strategic and financial direction of the organisation, making sure we remain legally compliant at all times.

You don’t have to be an expert. They are looking to have a board team with a range of skills and experiences which complement each other. Travel and access costs to perform your duties will be covered.
