The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate Imaginate’s Creative Development programme of schools and communities’ projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job title: Schools & Communities Project Co-ordinator
Reports to: Creative Development Director
Terms of employment: Fixed-term, 3 years, 3 days per week
Salary: £23-24,000 p.a. pro rata, depending on experience (plus 5% employer contribution to pension)

The Schools and Communities Project Co-ordinator will work alongside the new role of Creative Projects Facilitator who will lead Creative Encounters, and will support a wider range of projects as part of Imaginate’s Creative Development programme such as Teacher’s Theatre Club/National Teachers’ Theatre Club. They also wish to increase our offering for disabled children and young people in a programme of work with ASN schools.
The role of Schools and Communities Project Co-ordinator will be crucial to achieving these aims and the post-holder will have the opportunity to deliver and shape the programmes. This role is offered as a three day a week role on a fixed-term of three years, due to the funding length of the project. There is the desire for the role to continue and additional funding will be sought.
