Impact Arts are looking for two 16-25 year olds to join the Board. Impact Arts is committed to building a Board that reflects the diversity of the people and communities that they serve and they value the benefit of having different experiences and points of view amongst their Trustees.

They are actively trying to increase the diversity of our Board and specifically to put young people at the heart of our organisational decision making. This aligns with the re-establishment of the Sketchy Youths, our Youth Steering Group.

To take these aims forward, the Trustees wish to appoint two new Youth Trustees and positively encourage candidates who are underrepresented at Board level to apply:

1 x Youth Trustee (age 16-25 years) who has previous experience of taking part in an Impact Arts’ project

1 x Youth Trustee (age 16-25 years) who hasn’t taken part in an Impact Arts’ project but preferably has experience of any of the following: arts and creativity, digital, or environmental

For these positions, they welcome applications from young people no matter their race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, religion or belief, class, cultural background, disability, marital status, pregnancy or maternity status.

Previous Trustee experience is not required.
