The Lyceum is looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of managing and delivering projects on a variety of scales, to help support their expanding and wide-ranging engagement programmes with young people, schools, adults, and communities. The new team member will support programme delivery and ensure the efficient and effective management and delivery of a range of Creative Learning projects and events.
The successful candidate will be experienced in working with and delivering work for children and young people and will ideally have experience of working with adults. They will demonstrate a commitment to Creative Learning and Participation.
The role will offer the post holder the opportunity to work across multiple projects run by the team as well as the opportunity to lead on their own projects, including main-stage Creative Learning productions and programme areas. The post holder will be expected to lead and manage the backstage tour programme, and support delivery of our regular weekly sessions, covering classes as required, including at least one regular session, so they should be confident in working with young people and adults and able to plan and deliver practical sessions.
