Lyceum Youth Theatre: Young Artists’ Monologue Lab

Closing date: Mon 19 Oct 2026: 12:00PM

Are you aged 18-25 and looking to expand your theatrical skill set? Join LYT for these eight-week courses to explore skills more intensely and develop theatre making, alongside peers and specialists.

The first course will welcome a director and facilitator to explore Monologues, guiding participants right through from selecting texts to receiving and implementing feedback. Perfect for those who are seeking support alongside audition preparation and processes. This course will include a paneled sharing in which participants will receive tailored feedback for their monologue.

First up: make your monologue work for you. Join director and facilitator Liam Blain to explore everything from choosing a text that plays to your strengths to shaping your performance and putting feedback into practice.

Whether you’re preparing for drama school auditions or looking to grow as a performer, develop the tools and confidence to walk into your next audition feeling ready.

To book, please visit the website or contact the Lyceum Box Office on 0131 248 4848.
