National Theatre of Scotland (NTS) are offering three Fellowships in Producing, Dramaturgy and Directing, for creative cultural leaders looking to experiment, be bold, be brave and to take creative risks within a supportive environment.

Over 18 months the Fellows will work with relevant NTS departments as well as being embedded in artistic decision-making practices and processes across the organisation.
