This is an opportunity for someone to love and mobilise the Parents & Carers in Performing Arts (PiPA) community in all its forms, through digital communication campaigns.

  • You’ll love community building and understand why people join and stay in the community – and how supported community can both instigate and bring about change in the sector.

  • You’ll be excited by automation, user journey and experience, and high click rates.
  • You’ll be excited by possibilities and have a flexible mindset. You’ll be open to new ways of thinking and ways to work with the community to bring about change through innovative digital strategies.
  • Day-to-day delivery is part of all roles at PiPA and all staff share responsibility for administration.

In this, you’ll bring to life and deliver PiPA’s marketing and communications strategy alongside their Head of Marketing & Communications. This is a new role and you’ll be supported to make it your own.
