Parents & Carers in Performing Arts (PiPA) are looking for the right person to bring to life and deliver their 2024 marketing and communications strategy, and to help establish PiPA’s online presence within the UK’s Arts and Culture sector.
Reporting to: Co-CEO & Executive Director
Manager Responsibilities: The Marketing & Communications Lead will be responsible for managing the Marketing & CRM Manager and, later in 2024, a Social Media Officer.
Location: Remote, Home working with the possibility of working on a hot desk system in Sheffield if Yorkshire-based. Some travel across the UK will be required, for events, face-to-face meetings, and PiPA team days. This could be up to once a month but more likely once a quarter.
Hours of Work: 21 hours (approx. 3 days per week), self-managed, and flexible
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
Contract type: Part time, permanent contract
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE POST
This is both a strategic and delivery role. They are looking for the right person to bring to life and deliver our 2024 marketing and communications strategy, and to help establish PiPA’s online presence within the UK’s Arts and Culture sector.
Day-to-day delivery is part of all roles at PiPA and they all share responsibility for administration. Equally, as a change making organisation, a strategic mindset is required for this role to be able to identify and maximise opportunities that drive change.
