Royal Conservatoire of Scotland are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic manager to provide operational support for the RCS Fair Access department and its associated programme of activity. It includes effective and efficient management of all administrative, operational and organisational functions. You will line manage the Fair Access Administrative/support team and work alongside Fair Access Coordinators.
Fair Access offers progression routes into and through undergraduate study for Scottish domiciled learners who face specific barriers to specialist performing arts education in line with our strategic aims and objectives
You will be both organised and able to work effectively with others, supporting them to thrive with strong and effective co-ordination and operational management skills and experience.
You should have a passion for our mission both within Fair Access and the Royal Conservatoire. Have proven managerial experience including excellent knowledge of budget and financial management with demonstrable ability in data management and quantitative and qualitative reporting.
