Shetland Arts: Director of Creativity & Impact

Pay: £50,000–£60,000

This is a key senior management role which oversees the delivery of all artistic and creative activity including learning and outreach. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, it plays a pivotal role in delivering social impact through the arts.

If you have a background in programming, commissioning and creative education, you are inspired by island communities, as well as being a fantastic people manager – they want to hear from you.

  • Permanent, full-time position
  • Salary: £50,000–£60,000
  • Based at Mareel, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0WQ
  • Relocation support available (up to £5,000)
