This is a key senior management role which oversees the delivery of all artistic and creative activity including learning and outreach. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, it plays a pivotal role in delivering social impact through the arts.

- Permanent, full-time position
- Salary: £50,000–£60,000
- Based at Mareel, Lerwick, Shetland, ZE1 0WQ
- Relocation support available (up to £5,000)
