The Deaf Youth Theatre Co-Director will co-lead Solar Bear’s Deaf Youth Theatre (DYT) nurturing deaf talent.

Working closely with Solar Bear’s Creative Director and Associate Director, you will help build and strengthen the Deaf Youth Theatre as it enters its 20th anniversary.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
Hours: You will co-lead DYT Tuesday evening sessions throughout term time, working in partnership with Solar Bear’s Associate Director. Together you will plan, design and lead the sessions and the annual Summer Project.
Salary: £130 per session
Period of contract: Aug 2026-July 2027 with the possibility of extending (funding dependent).
Location: Sessions take place in person in Glasgow, while planning can happen in person or remotely.
