Star Power Performing Arts is a Performing Arts School for children and young people. With classes in four locations throughout Lanarkshire, they specialise in teaching musical theatre to hundreds of children each week.

They are currently looking for a Musical Theatre teacher to work as part of the production team for a production of Oliver Jr, due to be performed at Websters Theatre in Glasgow’s West End in June 2024. This is currently a fixed term post from 4 December 2023 – 5 December 2024 with opportunity for transition to a permanent post available. It is also likely there will be opportunities for additional hours should the candidate desire.

Rehearsal times for Oliver Jr are from 3-6pm each Sunday (minus school holidays) in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire.

You must be a member of the PVG scheme or be willing to register. They are looking for a fun, creative, energetic individual who loves working with children and is as passionate about Musical Theatre as we are.

You ideally will be comfortable teaching at least two of the following: Dance, Singing, Drama.
