A new research project exploring current and emerging rights-based approaches in the arts for children aged 0-3 in Scotland.
Starcatchers and Royal Conservatoire of Scotland are partners in a new research project exploring current and emerging rights-based approaches in the arts for children aged 0-3 in Scotland.
The aim of this work is to begin to build an arts-based framework for participation for pre-/non-verbal children in Scotland. They warmly invite you to be part of this research: your voice, experience and expertise are invaluable to them in shaping the framework.
They’re looking for professional artists working in any art form, and arts managers/coordinators for arts companies in Scotland to take part. The only stipulation is that you must have delivered arts provision for, or for the benefit of children aged 0-3 in the last 12 months.
You can take part by completing a short survey that asks about your approach and experiences of working with children aged 0-3 in an arts-based context. There is one survey for artists and another for arts managers/coordinators. This form will prompt you to select which one is appropriate to your practice. It should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and participation is entirely voluntary.
