Starcatchers are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive assistant to work with the Early Years Development team and artists in the administration, co-ordination and delivery of the Early Years programme.

Starcatchers’ Early Years Development portfolio sits primarily within their professional development pillar, with the aim of ensuring babies and young children have creative, responsive adults in their lives. Early Years Development includes the Creative Skills Programme, artist residency projects within Early Years settings, development and delivery of bespoke training for other organisations, and the development of training and resources that support the other strands of Starcatchers’ work with artists and families.

The Early Years Development Assistant role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment and using their skills to help Starcatchers deliver our programme of early years work across Scotland.
