Stellar Quines Theatre Company are seeking a support worker for their Young Quines Youth Theatre running on Wednesday evenings in Kirkcaldy. Young Quines is for young women, trans and non-binary people aged 12-19 in Fife.

The group is based in Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy for young people aged 12-19 and are currently focusing on creating their first devised production to be performed in spring 2026.

The Support Worker will be a key member of the Young Quines team focusing on the wellbeing of participants and providing support to aid their participation in theatre workshops and rehearsals.

Dates: One day per week (workshops Wednesdays 5pm-8pm & additional five hours per week office hours flexibly). Additional dates may be required, detailed further in the job description.

Contract: 0.2 FTE (one day per week) PAYE. £28,000 FTE (additional hours for projects paid separately).
