Think Circus are looking to hire freelance workshop leaders and assistants for their weekly youth circus sessions in Edinburgh, commencing from October 2023 – June 2024. They are particularly interested in candidates with skills in acro-balance, acrobatics, equilibristics and aerial, but will consider all circus disciplines that can be taught to children.

Classes take place in several locations in Leith and Craigmillar. Applicants must have experience of facilitating circus learning with children (aged 5 – 16), enhanced Disclosure/PVG certification, and a love of the performing arts and circus. They teach children from 5 – 16 years across several regular classes and projects. Sessions run for two hour blocks after school on Tuesdays and Fridays. They also run projects during the holidays and may be able to offer additional freelance work delivering one-off workshops.
