Wonder Fools is recruiting a Project Coordinator to lead the operations of a new National Residency Network delivering four long-term, community-led artist residencies across Scotland (Dumfries & Galloway; Lewis and Harris; Grangemouth; Glasgow & Dundee – Street Soccer Scotland).
This is a hands-on role that combines programme coordination, practitioner wellbeing & safeguarding, partnership liaison, creative producing and programme evaluation to ensure the residencies are delivered ethically, sustainably and with communities at the centre of activity.

Fixed term. 18 month contract. Starting salary of £33k.
About the Role
Collaborating with and reporting to the Artistic Directors, the Project Coordinator will lead day-to-day delivery of the National Residency Network and ensure strong pastoral, safeguarding and professional support for creative practitioners. You will work closely with community connectors, local partners, the Programme Advisory Group and Wonder Fools’ Board to keep the programme on track, sensitively managed and accountable to communities.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your operational skill, care for people and appetite for bold, just practice will directly shape lasting change.
