Ages catered for: An experienced cultural leader, Jo’s extensive track record in delivering ambitious arts and cultural projects ranges from hyperlocal initiatives to globally significant events. She has held senior roles within organisations including Barrowland Ballet, Tramway, Beacon Arts Centre, Turner Prize 2015, Culture 2014, London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Torch Relays, and Glasgow Arts. She holds an MA (Hons) in Theatre Studies and English Literature from the University of Glasgow. Her youth theatre journey began, age four, at the Greenock Arts Guild – inspiring a lifelong involvement from participant to student, facilitator, trustee, and everything in between. Jo is known for her energy, strategic approach, and collaborative practice, but is most passionate about widening access to transformative youth theatre experiences for young people, chocolate cake, and a good game of Werewolf.
