/ænh ’donik/ adjective, unable to feel or experience pleasure
In a new devised piece, Firefly will explore the good, the bad, and the ugly of media and technology. We are all addicted to our phones and are constantly scrolling, but how are the algorithms shaping us? Using movement, projection, and satire we will explore how our screens are making us numb, and shine a light onto the audience to make them reflect on their involvement in it all. Despite having more ways to communicate than ever, genuine human connection is becoming rare. What happens when we don’t connect?
