Eden Court
Eden Court, Bishop’s Road, Inverness, IV3 5SA
Pay What You Can | £4 | £8 | £12 | £16

Kicking the night off are Eden Court’s 8-10 Youth Theatre with Lola is Alone (And She Likes It), a play about a young fox whose home is knocked down by the Council, but she refuses to accept anyone’s help in getting her a new one. As she embarks on the hunt for somewhere new to stay, Lola discovers she isn’t the only one who is impacted by the changing city. Can anybody’s help make a difference? A play commissioned by Strange Town, first performed by their own 8-10s group earlier in June 2023.

Age 9-12 Youth Dance will perform a piece titled A Journey. Come join them on their journey of searching, travelling and exploration.

Then, 11-13 Youth Theatre treat us to Ms Campbell’s Class Fifth Period. A group of school students in the bottom set maths class lock their teacher in a cupboard. They all have various motivations that are gradually revealed and are faced with the question: what do they do now? This is part of the Positive Stories for Negative Times international festival.
