A free three day arts festival for young people aged 14-25 curated by The Bold Collective, taking place at Civic House in Glasgow on 18 – 20 October 2022.

Art Picnic is a three day festival at Civic House in the centre of Glasgow and is for young people who live, work or study in Glasgow aged 14 – 25 years of age. The festival has been produced by their committee of young people who will also be sharing some of their artistic skills at the festival.

Artists from all over the city or coming to lead free workshops. There will be workshops in Theatre, SFX Make-up, Mask Making, Mindfulness Collage, and much more. A special feature will be a Pathways into the Creative Industries Workshop from the Fair Access team at Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

The easiest way to access Art Picnic is to book your One Day Festival Pass or Three Festival Day Pass. A Festival Pass will give you access to any of the workshops on that specific day on a first-come, first-serve basis.

As well as structured workshops, there will be a crafting drop-in space for those that would like to sit in a relaxed environment on their own or with friends and work on some art. There will also be a Quiet Zone throughout the festival for anyone that might want a break in a safe and relaxed space. Food will be provided on all three days.
