Stonewall Young Futures: Careers Advice

Stonewall Young Futures is a helpful place to point slightly older LGBTQIA+ young people towards when they are ready to take the first steps towards adult life.

Deciding on what to study, entering the workforce and making plans for your future is a big task for everyone.  

Young LGBTQIA+ folks may have had fewer role models and less support in their childhood to influence their choices and allow them to dream big. Research (from UCAS and LGBT Youth Scotland) shows that trans young people in particular have lower education attainment.

This is a helpful place to point slightly older LGBTQIA+ young people towards when they are ready to take the first steps towards adult life.
