With thanks to funding from Creative Scotland, Clore Leadership are delighted to offer a series of Small Group Conversations in Spring 2026 exclusively for cultural leaders working and living in Scotland.

If you are looking for a space to download and reflect on challenges you’re facing or opportunities for exploration, these facilitated conversations provide space for mutual support and reflection on issues, challenges or opportunities you are facing in your work in the cultural sector. They are pleased to be working with experienced Clore Leadership Associate Lindsay Dunbar, who will be facilitating these sessions.

Who is it for?
The Small Group Conversations are for leaders working for organisations or who are freelancers / self-employed in the cultural sector. You don’t need to be leading or managing teams, and they welcome all levels of experience.

The Spring 2026 run of dates is only open to those living and working in Scotland.

How does it work?
You and your group (maximum 10 in each group) will have three sessions working with the same facilitator each time. The group will bring together leaders with different levels of experience working across artforms.

Dates and Time: Fri 6 February, Fri 27 February and Fri 20 March 2026 from 12.30pm – 2pm.
