Managing Digital Comms as a One Person Team

Venue: Online
Prices: Free

A free webinar on 4 March 2025 about managing social media and marketing when you’re working alone as an artist or for a small arts & culture organisation.

Managing social media and marketing when you’re working alone is a juggling act – defining a strategy, creating content, managing channels and building engagement.

Whether you are an individual artist or tone person in your small organisation who looks after all or most of the marketing and social activity, how do you stay across it all while keeping an eye on trends and new developments, and avoiding burnout?

In this round table session our panelists will share thoughts and answer questions on:

– Deciding where and how to prioritise your efforts
– Responding to audience and potential audience needs
– Keeping up with trends, and refreshing your approach
– Tools and techniques for managing your time and coping with pressure
