YTAS exist to support our members and this year, our support offer is even more bespoke. We are very excited to invite members to take part in our Membership Development Programme, to utilise our new portal of online resources, and to work one-to-one with our new Membership Support Coordinator.
After a year’s worth of research and development, we are ready to help our membership achieve excellence in their own organisations through our Membership Development Programme. But how does it work? What kind of support can you expect and how much work will it involve?
This welcome session is a space for us to kickstart the programme and for you to ask all your burning questions. We’ll be providing an overview of why our online resource portal was created and what we want it to provide for YTAS members, regardless of the status of your organisation or where you currently are in terms of your ‘journey’.
Anthony, our new Membership Support Coordinator, will take you step-by-step through the new resources and answer questions about the process and how you can get involved.

Who is it for?
Managers: For those of you who are running everything from behind the scenes. Training that is for ‘managers’ may include opportunities for other office-based staff.
