Do you have an idea that could change how theatre and live events are made? Submissions are open for the ABTT Virtual Ideas Platform (VIP) Award 2025.
The ABTT VIP Award supports innovative ideas in theatre production and live events at any stage of development. You don’t need a full plan or prototype to apply, just a concept and the desire to develop it further.
WHO CAN APPLY:
• Anyone working or studying in theatre and live events with an idea and the ambition to develop it.
• This year includes a new Student & Early-Career Award for students, apprentices, and recent grads (within two years) alongside the main category.
WINNERS WILL RECEIVE:
• £1500 seed funding
• Industry visibility and support
• Mentorship & collaboration opportunities
• A showcase at the ABTT Theatre Show
