Creative Scotland are seeking a partner to manage a programme of youth-led funding in 2024/25. By youth-led funding, they mean funding that is by and for children and young people.
They want to work closely with a partner who can support children and young people to design, develop and deliver a fund which supports creative development.
This project will include management of a devolved budget of up to £76,500 for: distribution to children and young people; to support opportunities for children and young people to meet and share their work and; to pay children and young people involved in fund design, development and decision-making. Following the tendering process, the successful candidate will be expected to submit a draft project plan, budget and timeline, to be agreed with Creative Scotland.
This invitation to tender is for management and delivery of the funding programme to December 2025. This delivery period accounts for: fund design and development; sharing opportunities with children and young people; decision-making and distribution of funding; supporting opportunities for children and young people to meet and share their work and; monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
Pricing:
They expect the budget for this project to be between £8,500 to £10,000 including VAT. Tenderers registered for VAT should indicate this in their proposal.
