PiPA (Parents and Carers in Performing Arts) are excited to share that they are developing a new resource for individual parents and carers.
This is the very first PiPA Return to Work Toolkit designed specifically for parents and carers in the performing arts.
This resource will offer practical guidance, strategies, and support for navigating the often tricky transition back to work after parental or caring leave — helping to retain talented professionals in our industry.
PiPA are looking for 12 parents and/or carers to join two online focus groups to shape this resource. They are looking for a range of participants with different caring responsibilities to take part in the focus groups.
Format: Two online focus groups (90 mins each)
When: First session: 30 Jun 2025, 11am – 12.30pm • Second session: Late Sep / Early Oct (TBC)
